Privacy Policy
Last updated August 14, 2026
ReadyGo helps you remember what you need before you leave, where you're going, and what needs your attention. This policy explains what information ReadyGo stores, why it stores it, and how you can remove it.
Information you give us
- Account information. Your email address and password (or your Google sign-in), plus an optional display name.
- Situations and checklists. The situations you create, their checklist items, notes, icons, categories, schedules and completion history.
- Reminders. Titles, notes, due dates, recurrence settings, priorities and completion status.
- Place reminders. The place name, optional address, and the coordinates and alert radius you save for that place.
- Buy Later items. Item names, stores, categories, estimated prices, notes and any photo link you paste.
- Vehicles and maintenance. Year, make, model, nickname, odometer readings, maintenance intervals and completion history.
- Mileage trips. Trip date, odometer values, miles, category, purpose and optional from/to labels.
- Preferences. Theme, distance units, default nearby radius, reminder lead times and notification settings.
Location information
ReadyGo uses your device location only while you have the Nearby screen open, and only after you allow it. It is used in your browser or on your device to calculate how far you are from the places you saved. Your live location is not sent to our servers and is not stored. The coordinates that are stored are the ones you attach to a place reminder or situation yourself. ReadyGo does not track your location in the background. If you decline location access, everything else in ReadyGo keeps working — you simply won't see distances.
Notifications and device information
If you turn on push notifications, ReadyGo stores the push endpoint your browser or device issues, its encryption keys, and a short browser/device description so notifications can be delivered and so you can recognise the device in settings. Turning notifications off removes that record.
How ReadyGo uses information
Your information is used only to provide ReadyGo's functionality: showing your situations and checklists, sorting place reminders by distance, sending the notifications you asked for, tracking vehicle maintenance and mileage, and keeping your preferences.
What ReadyGo does not do
- ReadyGo does not sell your information.
- ReadyGo does not show advertising and does not build advertising profiles.
- ReadyGo does not include third-party analytics or tracking software.
- ReadyGo does not share your content with other users.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored in ReadyGo's managed cloud database and is protected by per-user database access rules, so each account can only read and write its own rows. Service providers that operate the hosting, database, authentication, email delivery and push delivery infrastructure process this information on our behalf; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Deleting your information
You can delete individual items at any time. To remove everything, open Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, preferences, situations, checklist items, run history, reminders, place reminders, Buy Later items, vehicles, maintenance records, mileage trips, notification settings and push registrations, along with your sign-in credentials.
Children
ReadyGo is a personal productivity tool intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.
