Terms of Use
Last updated August 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ReadyGo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Acceptable use
- Use ReadyGo for lawful, personal or business productivity purposes.
- Don't attempt to access other people's accounts or information.
- Don't interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated tools to overload it.
- Don't upload or store unlawful content or content you don't have rights to.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Availability
ReadyGo is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, connectivity problems or reasons outside our control. ReadyGo requires an internet connection for most functionality.
Your information and content
You keep ownership of the situations, checklists, reminders, vehicle records and other content you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the app can work. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Reminders, schedules and location accuracy
ReadyGo is a memory aid, not a guaranteed alerting system. Notification delivery depends on your device, operating system, browser and network, and place-based reminders depend on the accuracy of device location and the coordinates you enter. Distances and maintenance projections are estimates. Do not rely on ReadyGo alone for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial or regulatory obligations — including tax mileage records, which you should verify independently.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyGo and its operator, David Chapman, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed appointments, missed maintenance, lost data or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action relating to ReadyGo must be brought in the courts ofArizona, United States.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The last updated date above will change when they do.
Termination
You may stop using ReadyGo at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete my account, which permanently removes your account and associated information. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that is used to harm the service or other people.
